Boyce's Roofing and Repair is searching for general/yard laborers who want to join a fast-growing small business. Our company is based in Oceanside, CA but we assist customers in nearby communities as well. This means you must be willing and able to arrive at a different job site depending upon the needs of the company.

In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks that provide support to our roofing crew and crew leaders. This means you must be able to take instructions, follow through, and communicate with others. Generally speaking, the tasks you will be asked to perform don’t require any special skills, although you can expect to lift heavy loads, go up and down ladders, drive, walk, and bend up and down. Any prior knowledge or experience in construction, roofing, and/or gutter services is a plus!

A great candidate is someone who meets the following criteria:

• Takes instruction well
• Works well with a team
• Works with a can-do attitude
• Can safely perform manual labor
• Can lift heavy loads
• Has a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
• Is willing to drive
• Is punctual
• Is 18 years of age or older
• Is authorized to work in the United States
• Has previous construction, roofing, and/or gutter experience
