We are currently looking to add an office manager/bookkeeper to our team who will help us accomplish this mission by keeping the office organized and efficient. The right candidate will be able to uphold the following job responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Achieves financial objectives by reporting and analyzing job costs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Answering phones and assigning leads to our roofing teams.
  • Quickbooks tasks including but not limited to entering bills, credits, bank deposits, printing checks, and managing customer statements and invoices.
  • Running payroll and payroll reports.
  • Maintaining deadlines and managing job paperwork/insurance requirements.
  • Prevailing wage reporting related to any and all government jobs.
  • Sales support utilizing “Estimating Edge” estimating software.

The right candidate will also meet the education, experience, and licensing requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Two to three years’ experience in an office manager setting
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Proficient with Quickbooks
