The position details are as follows:
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay rate: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to both our sales team and clientele and assist in driving business growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
DUTIES
Assist in managing customer accounts, scheduling, permits, invoicing, etc.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (AccuLynx)
Office support as needed
Assist with data entry
Communication with internal and external teams
REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proven experience in sales or office support roles
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and internal teams
Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing customer information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
